Contact Altersive

For a technical problem

Explain what you tried, what you expected and any error message. If you know, mention Safari, an installed PWA or another app version. An anonymous diagnostic offered by the app may help; never send your password.

For an image, faceclaim or content review

Identify the profile, link or content and explain your request. A person represented may request review of image removal without registering. Avoid sending identity documents unsolicited; appropriate verification may be requested if needed.

For personal information requests

Describe your access, correction or deletion request. The privacy policy explains how personal information is handled and what verification may be necessary.

Before sending

Use a clear subject: support, image removal, privacy or review. The link opens your email software; this page does not send messages automatically.
